By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are shown in the selected currency and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or product information. Availability of products is subject to change at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products are non-returnable, except where required by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, unless an exemption applies.
