At theOliveSense, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding a return, refund, or withdrawal request, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

You must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in their original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene & Cosmetic Products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Skincare products
• Body care products
• Soaps
• Oils
• Lip balms
• Shampoos and similar cosmetic products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened, unsealed, or used cosmetic and personal care products
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any refunds related to a valid withdrawal request will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theolivesense.com.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly.
